The role of the lawyer is often considered as that of an external consultant, intervening for a specific need on a specific case.

However, the firm offers a seconded lawyer service, by which you can replace a lawyer who is unavailable for any reason (sick leave, resignation, dismissal, etc.) or to strengthen your team during an overload of activity.

The role and mission of the lawyer on secondment

A lawyer on secondment can intervene in the same way as a lawyer, within your team. The firm intervenes on site, on your premises, or remotely, in the same way as a consultant or an employee.

The intervention is carried out under a contract of services under management.

This mission can be carried out in intellectual property law, digital law, or business law.

In particular, the firm has specific experience in trademark portfolio management, oppositions, anti-counterfeiting, drafting and negotiating contracts of all types (with specific experience in terms of general conditions and SaaS contracts), personal data and free software.

Knowledgeable in the business world, the firm is used to working independently, in direct relationship with commercial and technical teams, with rapid adaptation to your processes and structures.

Do not hesitate to contact us if one of your needs falls within our expertise.

Mission without commitment and flexible intervention

The firm can work part-time, or full-time, within your premises (Paris and the inner suburbs) or remotely (all over the world), depending on your needs.

No long-term commitments are planned. It is possible to plan an intervention of a few days to a few weeks. An activity report will be written and you will be able to follow the services over time.

Billing is done at a daily rate or per half-day. Only the days worked are invoiced at the end of the month.

You are not subject to any long-term commitment and can end the mission at any time.
